About the Role

Parinay Weddings is looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Social Media & Content Creator to manage and grow our Instagram presence.

You will work closely with our wedding planning and production teams, covering real weddings and events and turning them into engaging Reels, Stories and short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot photos and videos at weddings and events for social media.
- Create engaging Reels, Stories and short-form videos.
- Capture décor, couple moments, behind-the-scenes and event highlights.
- Create and publish same-day / real-time event content.
- Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Plan weekly content and suggest new Reel ideas and trends.
- Keep up with Instagram trends, audio, formats and collaborations.
- Tag and collaborate with couples, photographers, venues and vendors.
- Track Instagram reach, engagement and follower growth.
- Coordinate with the wedding team to identify and capture the right content.





What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Reels.
- Valuable photography, videography and video editing skills.
- Creative eye for weddings, décor, fashion and luxury events.
- Understanding of social media trends and content strategy.
- Fast, proactive and comfortable working at live events.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in weddings, events, fashion or hospitality is an advantage.

Most Important We are looking for someone who can CREATE, not just POST.

You should be able to look at a wedding and immediately see opportunities for Reels, Stories and engaging content.

Freshers with a strong portfolio or Instagram profile are welcome to apply.
