Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers for scheduled and periodic vehicle service reminders.

- Make follow-up calls to customers regarding service due dates.

- Generate service appointments and coordinate with the Service Department.

- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.

- Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.

- Inform customers about service schedules, maintenance requirements, and relevant dealership offers.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the system.

- Handle customer queries related to service appointments and vehicle maintenance.

- Coordinate with Service Advisors and other service team members for customer requirements.

- Work towards achieving customer retention, appointment and service-related targets.





- Identify potential customers for additional service requirements and value-added services.

- Escalate customer complaints and concerns to the concerned department for timely resolution.

- Maintain professional customer relationships and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
