Hiring: SME Outbound Operations

Role: Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Outbound Operations

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Insurance / BFSI / Customer Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Outbound Operations process and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Handle outbound calls with customers for documentation, verification, and pending document collection.
- Coordinate with customers to complete required documentation within defined timelines.
- Lead and manage a team handling outbound documentation calls.
- Monitor daily calling activity, pending cases, closures, and team productivity.
- Guide team members on process, documentation requirements, and customer handling.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure accuracy of customer information and proper documentation as per process requirements.




- Resolve customer queries related to documentation and coordinate with internal teams for timely closure.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Outbound Operations / Customer Service / Insurance / BFSI.
- Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of documentation and verification processes.
- Ability to manage team productivity and process adherence.
- Insurance/BFSI experience will be preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target- and process-oriented environment.
