About the Role: We are looking for a creative, confident, and execution-focused social media, community & influencer manager to grow our digital presence and build an engaged community around our legal-tech products.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media and community strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage content calendars, social posts, reels, videos, polls, stories, articles, and community content.
- Build and nurture our online professional community, driving engagement, discussions, feedback, and user-generated content.
- Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, discussions, and audience interactions.
- Identify and manage influencers, creators, brand advocates, and professional communities.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Represent the brand through on-camera content, webinars, podcasts, interviews, and social media initiatives.




- Monitor trends, competitors, audience behavior, and platform updates to improve content and engagement.
- Track social media and community metrics, analyze performance, and provide insights.
- Collaborate with Content, Creative, Marketing, Product, and Design teams to execute campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of experience in social media, Community Management, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or related roles.
- Experience in legal, legal-tech, SaaS, media, professional services, or education is preferred.
- Strong content writing, storytelling, communication, community-building, and audience engagement skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, social media analytics, and content management.
- Robust influencer/creator outreach and collaboration skills.
- Confident, presentable, creative, and comfortable on camera.
- Ability to take ownership from ideation to execution.
