Job Summary

We are looking for an SMO Executive to manage and optimize our social media presence, increase brand visibility, engagement, and organic reach across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize social media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
- Optimize social media profiles, content, captions, hashtags, keywords, and posting strategies.
- Conduct competitor and audience research to identify current opportunities.
- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant strategies.
- Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions.




- Coordinate with content and creative teams for social media posts, graphics, and videos.
- Track and analyze reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and other social media metrics.
- Use tools such as Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SMO and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of hashtags, keywords, content optimization, and engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools.
- Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
