Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations of the SMT production line and ensure production targets are achieved.

- Manage and monitor SMT machines and processes including Solder Paste Printing, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow, and related processes.

- Ensure machines are properly set up and production runs as per approved parameters and specifications.

- Monitor line productivity, machine utilization, downtime, rejection, rework, and material wastage.

- Coordinate with Production Planning, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.

- Handle and monitor rework and rejection analysis and take corrective action.

- Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering for machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

- Allocate manpower across the SMT line and monitor operator performance and discipline.

- Train and guide operators on machine operation, process requirements, ESD practices, and safety procedures.

- Maintain production records, machine downtime reports, rejection reports, and shift-wise production reports.

- Ensure compliance with 5S, ESD, safety procedures, and company SOPs.





- Identify process bottlenecks and support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

- 3–7 years of experience in SMT production, preferably in an electronics/LED/PCB manufacturing environment.

- Hands-on knowledge of SMT production processes and line operations.

- Experience with Pick & Place, SPI, AOI, Reflow, Solder Paste Printing, and related SMT equipment.

- Positive understanding of PCB assembly, component identification, BOM, and production documentation.

- Strong team-handling, troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

- Knowledge of MS Excel is required

- Knowledge of 'SAP' software is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
