- We are looking for a trustworthy, energetic, and responsible Site Supervisor & Payment Collector to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our physical project sites and ensuring timely collection of payments, rents, or dues from clients and vendors. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a robust sense of responsibility, and their own two-wheeler for field travel

- Site Supervision: Manage daily ground activities, coordinate with workers or subcontractors, and ensure work or service delivery meets quality standards. [1, 2]

- Payment Collection: Collect cash, cheques, or digital payments from clients on-site according to agreed milestones or billing schedules.

- Financial Reporting: Record all transactions accurately, issue official receipts, and reconcile daily collections with the central finance office.

- Client Communication: Follow up on pending dues, resolve on-site billing disputes, and maintain good customer relations.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety rules on-site and report operational progress or cash flow bottlenecks to management.

Pay: ₹20,154.56 - ₹25,399.01 per month
