Job Purpose To supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for new showroom construction, renovation, and maintenance projects, ensuring quality work, timely completion, and proper coordination with contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily activities at showroom construction and renovation sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and Project Managers.
- Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, flooring, painting, signage, and related works.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications.
- Monitor the quality and progress of work at the site.
- Check materials received at the site and monitor their proper usage.
- Ensure sufficient materials are available for ongoing work.
- Maintain daily site progress and activity reports.
- Report delays, material shortages, quality issues, and other site concerns to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
- Check completed works and support measurement and billing verification.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the site.




- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates.
- Support new showroom opening, renovation, shifting, and maintenance activities.
- Travel to different showroom locations across Kerala as required.

Qualification Diploma / ITI / B.Tech

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, construction, interiors, or commercial projects.
- Experience in retail showroom projects will be an added advantage.
