About the Role The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, installation, measurement, quality inspection, and team coordination, preferably within the uPVC, Aluminium, fenestration, construction, or building materials industry. Key Responsibilities Description of Role

❖ Supervise the day-to-day installation and execution activities at assigned project sites.

❖ Ensure the proper installation of uPVC and Aluminium Windows & Doors as per approved drawings and specifications.

❖ Coordinate with the Project Manager, installation teams, contractors, and site representatives for smooth execution.

❖ Conduct site inspections and verify site readiness before the commencement of installation work.

❖ Take and verify site measurements as per project requirements.

❖ Ensure proper alignment, fitting, finishing, sealing, and functionality of windows and doors.

❖ Monitor the quality of installation work and ensure compliance with company standards. ❖ Manage and supervise installation technicians, helpers, and subcontractors at the site.

❖ Allocate daily work responsibilities and monitor manpower productivity.

❖ Coordinate with the concerned teams for timely availability of materials, hardware, glass, and accessories.

❖ Report material shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned department.





❖ Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the Project Manager and internal teams.

❖ Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and site engineers regarding installation schedules and site requirements.

❖ Ensure that installation activities are completed within the committed project timeline.

❖ Maintain daily records of site activities, manpower, material usage, work progress, and pending issues.

❖ Report project progress and site-related concerns to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

❖ Ensure proper handling and storage of materials at the project site.

❖ Follow site safety procedures and ensure that the installation team adheres to safety guidelines.

❖ Conduct final inspections and ensure completion of pending work and snag points before project handover.

❖ Support the Project Manager during project completion and final handover to the client. Skill Sets Expected

Pay: ₹30,154.56 - ₹50,399.01 per month
