POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our Industrial and Infrastructure project site. The candidate should have solid knowledge of site supervision, manpower management, material handling, and safety procedures.

The Site

Supervisor will coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth execution of site activities and timely completion of work. The candidate must ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise daily construction activities and site work.

· Manage workers, manpower, contractors, and subcontractors.

· Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.

· Coordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager.

· Monitor material, tools, and equipment usage.

· Ensure quality of workmanship and timely completion.

· Follow and enforce site safety procedures.

· Maintain daily site and manpower records.

· Monitor progress and report site issues.

· Minimize material wastage and ensure proper housekeeping.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS





- 12th Pass or Graduate in any field with extensive experience in construction Industry.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in industrial construction & infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.

SALARY & BENEFITS Salary: Rs. 20,000 - 40,000 per month (negotiable) with Benefits of EPF, ESIC as per applicable laws.
