In-hand Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Meraki Architectural Consultants is looking for a creative and experienced Architect to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and executing functional, aesthetically appealing, and budget-friendly spaces while coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts, plans, and layouts.
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings and detailed 3D models.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, stone, and marble.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution according to approved designs.
- Understand clients’ functional requirements, budgets, and design preferences.
- Ensure design quality, proper detailing,



and timely project completion.

Eligibility and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
- Candidates without the required Architecture degree will not be considered.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or 3ds Max.
- Robust knowledge of architectural design, working drawings, detailing, materials, stone, and marble.
- Good communication, coordination, and site-management skills.
- Ability to manage projects creatively while working within the client’s budget.
