We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure smooth project execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site workers, monitoring work progress, maintaining construction quality, and ensuring timely completion of work as per approved drawings and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, contractors, and site workers.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily work progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Allocate and supervise labour based on project requirements.
- Monitor construction material requirements, usage, and availability at the site.
- Ensure construction quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and execution challenges.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and site photographs.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per the project schedule.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
