Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai for a Site Manager / CAD / Junior Architect professional. The role involves overseeing site execution for GFRC and FRP installations, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring work aligns with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing drawings, preparing detailed CAD plans, assisting in design development, and providing technical support to site teams.

The position also requires tracking project progress, supervising contractors, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance requirements, and reporting issues or risks to senior management. The successful candidate will collaborate with design, production,



and client teams to deliver projects that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence in architecture.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and ability to prepare detailed architectural and fabrication drawings.
- Experience in site management, including supervision of installation works, coordination with contractors, and quality control.
- Understanding of architectural design principles, building materials, and construction methodologies, preferably with exposure to GFRC/FRP or façade systems.
- Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for on-site construction activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in architectural fabrication, façades, or similar project-based environments is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and visit project locations as required.
