Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Coordinator to lead and oversee end-to-end project execution across multiple sites. The role involves managing 6-8 active sites simultaneously, with reporting directly to Projects Head, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end operations for multiple residential and commercial projects.
- Manage and mentor Vendors and Sub contractors.
- Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across all sites.
- Ensure timely completion of projects with strict adherence to quality, safety, and design standards.
- Handle vendor management, including onboarding, negotiation, performance evaluation, and payment coordination.
- Lead procurement planning, material forecasting, and coordination with purchase teams to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Act as a senior point of contact for client management, addressing escalations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings, and reporting to management.
- Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for execution efficiency and cost control.
- Identify risks, resolve site-level challenges proactively,



and ensure smooth inter-department coordination.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to manage 6–8 projects simultaneously.
- Language proficiency in Malayalam and English
- Excellent knowledge of construction/interior execution processes.
- Expertise in vendor negotiation, procurement, and cost control.
- Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in building construction, interior fit-outs, residential, or commercial projects will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹240,999.00 - ₹360,999.00 per year
