We are looking for energetic field engineers who like site visits and field work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections of residential, commercial, industrial and land properties across MMR
- Take property measurements, area verification and photographs
- Collect and verify property details at site
- Check construction status, building condition and surrounding locality
- Collect basic market/rate information from local brokers/society
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers and internal valuation team
- Submit accurate site inspection details and photos within the required TAT
Qualification:
- - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- - Freshers with 2-wheeler and valid license preferred
- - Must know Mumbai MMR locations
Skills Required:
- - Willingness for extensive field work & travel
- - Basic knowledge of civil / property measurements
- - Valuable communication and observation skills
- - Basic knowledge of Mobile Apps, Photos, WhatsApp reporting
- - Hardworking & Punctual
