:

We are looking for a Site Inspection Executive to conduct regular site inspections and physical verification of ongoing and completed projects. The role involves monitoring quality, workmanship, project progress, materials and measurements, identifying defects and deviations, preparing inspection reports, and coordinating corrective actions to ensure project standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular project site inspections and physical verification.

- Check quality, workmanship, measurements, materials and project progress.

- Identify defects, deviations, delays and pending works.

- Verify work against approved drawings, specifications and BOQs.

- Prepare inspection reports with photographs and supporting details.





- Coordinate and follow up on defect rectification and corrective actions.

- Conduct final inspections and report critical issues.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant project experience.

- Knowledge of BOQ, drawings, measurements and MS Excel.

- Valuable communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
