Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities and make sure work matches blueprints and design specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect building materials, check structural integrity, and enforce high industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a protected work environment by enforcing safety rules and checking personal protective equipment.
- Team Coordination: Direct workers, guide subcontractors, and plan daily workflows for laborers.
- Problem Solving: Fix technical difficulties on site and adjust work schedules when delays happen.
- Documentation: Keep detailed daily logs, write progress reports, and track material
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
