✔ 2–5 years of experience with Contract Labour Management Systems or any workforce management applications.

✔ Knowledge of contract labor enrollment requirements.

✔ Good communication and documentation skills.

✔ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of Facial Devices and Access Control Systems

#Eligibility:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electronics, Electrical, E&TC;, Instrumentation or related field
- 2–5 Years Experience

#KeyResponsibilities:
- Coordination with client for their daily HR Process for contract labour management system.




- Assess client premises to determine application issues.
- Monitor statutory compliance, including labor licenses, insurance, and mandatory documentation.
- Configure system workflows, user roles, and access permissions.
- Assist in integrating CLMS with HRMS, ERP, biometric attendance, or access control systems.
- Train end users, contractors, and internal stakeholders on CLMS usage
