Role Summary The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control, managing contractors, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and design standards. The role requires robust technical knowledge, coordination skills, and hands-on site management experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site

· Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ

· Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

· Conduct site inspections and quality checks

· Maintain site documentation, daily progress reports,



and material records

· Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials

· Verify contractor bills and measurements

· Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies

· Resolve technical issues arising at the site

· Assist in project planning and scheduling

Technical Skills Required

· Knowledge of construction methods and materials

· Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

· Familiarity with BOQ, bar bending schedule (BBS), and estimation

· Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD

Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

· 2–5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects

· Experience in residential/commercial building projects preferred

Reporting To

Project Manager / Director

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
