SITE ENGINEER – TENDER EXPERIENCE

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Prepare and review tender-related documents, BOQ, estimates and quotations.
- Assist in tender preparation, rate analysis and quantity calculations.
- Study tender drawings, specifications and scope of work.
- Coordinate with the site team, contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure execution as per drawings, specifications and schedule.
- Prepare site reports, quantity statements and required documentation.
- Support the estimation and tendering team whenever required.
- Ensure quality, safety and proper utilization of materials at the site.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, work progress and site activities.

Candidate Requirements




- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in Civil / Construction projects.
- Tendering experience is required.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and tender documentation.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
