1. Site Execution &

- Construction Management

- Supervise day-to-day civil and finishing works at site as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.

- Ensure works are executed in the correct sequence and within the planned time.

- Maintain continuous site presence and closely monitor critical activities.

- Ensure proper execution of foundations, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, external works and other civil works.

- Coordinate execution of guest rooms, villas/cottages, public areas, restaurants, landscape areas and service buildings as applicable.

- Piling experience preferred.

2. Drawing &

- Technical Coordination

- Study and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings before commencement of work.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants and contractors to resolve site issues.

- Identify drawing discrepancies, clashes and constructability issues and report them immediately.

- Ensure that only the latest approved drawings and revisions are used at site.

- Coordinate civil requirements with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting and other services.

Quality

Control

- Ensure construction is carried out strictly according to approved specifications and quality standards.

- Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works before approval.

- Ensure required material and workmanship tests are carried out and documented.

- Pay particular attention to waterproofing, wet areas, roofs, terraces, swimming pools and external works.





- Ensure mock-ups and sample approvals are obtained before large-scale finishing works.

- Identify defective work and ensure timely rectification.

4. Progress &

- Programme Control

- Plan daily and weekly work activities in coordination with the Project Manager.

- Monitor actual progress against the approved project programme.

- Identify delays and constraints at an early stage and report them with corrective actions.

- Ensure subcontractors achieve their committed targets.

- Give priority to critical-path activities and areas affecting project handover.

5.

Subcontractor

Management

- Supervise and coordinate civil and finishing subcontractors.

- Allocate work fronts and ensure adequate manpower and resources.

- Monitor subcontractor productivity and workmanship.

- Verify completed quantities before recommending measurements for billing.

- Ensure subcontractors follow approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements and project procedures.

6.

Material

Management &

- Wastage Control

- Ensure materials are available at site as per the construction programme.

- Check quantity and quality of materials received at site.

- Ensure proper storage and protection of cement, steel, tiles, sanitary items, finishing materials and other construction materials.

- Minimize material wastage,



damage and unnecessary consumption.

- Report material shortages and requirements sufficiently in advance.

7. Safety &

- Site Discipline

- Ensure all site activities comply with project safety requirements.

- Coordinate with the safety team to eliminate unsafe working conditions.

- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow safe work practices.

- Immediately report accidents, near misses and hazardous conditions.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and access within the work areas.

9. Documentation &

- Reporting

- Maintain daily site reports covering manpower, materials, activities and progress.

- Maintain inspection records, test reports, checklists and approvals.

- Record site instructions, drawing revisions and technical issues.

- Prepare daily/weekly progress updates for the Project Manager.

- Maintain photographic records of important construction stages.

10. Finishing &

- Resort-Specific Quality

- Closely supervise high-quality architectural and interior finishing works.

- Ensure alignment, levels, slopes, joints, dimensions and finishes meet approved standards.

- Coordinate flooring, wall finishes, false ceiling interfaces, doors, windows, façade and external works.

- Ensure guest-facing areas receive special attention to workmanship and appearance.

- Coordinate civil works with landscape, pool, external lighting and resort infrastructure works.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
