Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise and execute storm water drain and drainage infrastructure works at a government project site.

Candidates with hands-on experience in storm water drains, underground drainage, road-side drains, RCC drain works, excavation, laying, construction and infrastructure projects are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day storm water drain construction activities at site.
- Execute excavation, earthwork, PCC, RCC, masonry and drain-related civil works.
- Supervise construction of RCC drains, box drains, open drains and underground drainage lines.
- Check line, level, alignment and slope as per approved drawings.
- Read and interpret civil drawings, BOQ and project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, surveyors and project engineers.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment at site.
- Take site measurements and maintain quantity records.
- Prepare daily work progress and site reports.
- Ensure work is completed according to quality,



safety and project schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with government officials, consultants and client representatives when required.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper site documentation and work records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil site execution.
- Practical experience in storm water drainage / drainage / infrastructure works.
- Knowledge of excavation, earthwork, PCC, RCC and masonry works.
- Ability to read civil drawings and BOQ.
- Knowledge of Auto Level / Total Station is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation.
- Positive manpower and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at government project sites.
