Role Description

We are looking for Civil Engineering graduates to join our project teams at construction sites in and around Bangalore. This is a field-based role suited to freshers as well as professionals with 1–2 years of on-site experience. You will work closely with our site and project teams, learning the practical aspects of construction execution while supporting day-to-day site activities.

Full training and guidance will be provided — what matters most is your willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow into the role.





Responsibilities

- Work in office at construction project locations, supporting day-to-day civil execution activities.
- Assist the project/site team in monitoring work progress, quality, and adherence to site plans.
- Learn and apply site processes, documentation, and reporting practices under guidance.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors as directed by the reporting manager.
- Maintain accurate site records, observations, and reports with attention to detail.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion.
- Communicate progress, issues, and observations clearly to the site team and management.

Qualifications

- A graduate degree in Civil Engineering (freshers welcome).
- 0–2 years of experience; prior exposure to construction project sites is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work full-time from a construction site (field role, not office-based).
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned work.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach to work.
- Eagerness to learn — we will train and guide you on the specifics of the role.
