Key Responsibilities

Ø Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution activities.

Ø Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Ø Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and intemal teams.

Ø Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the site.

Ø Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site discipline.

Ø Resolve on-site technical issues promptly and effectively.

Ø Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Ø Conduct site measurements and verify bills/invoices where required.

Ø Support senior management with planning and execution strategies

Ø Continuously leam and adopt new construction mefrods, materials, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

Ø Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Ø 1—3 years of relevant site execution experience (Freshers with robust potential may also apply).
