We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Site Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in hotel construction projects. The ideal candidate must be adept at interpreting architectural and structural drawings, managing day-to-day site execution, and ensuring high standards of construction quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

- Drawing &
- Blueprint Execution:

Read, interpret, and execute structural, architectural, and MEP drawings accurately in office.

- Site Supervision &

- Quality Control:

Oversee daily construction activities for ongoing hotel work, ensuring strict adherence to structural specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.

- Project Coordination: Coordinate effectively with contractors, architects, sub-contractors, and site staff to maintain workflow and solve technical challenges on-site.

- Materials &

- Workload Management:

Inspect construction materials, check quality standards, and track daily progress and labor deployment.

- Reporting &

- Compliance:

Maintain daily site logs, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with project timelines.





Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: Proven experience as a Site Engineer specifically in hotel or commercial construction projects.

- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and understand complex technical drawings, layouts, and civil structural plans.

- Knowledge: Sound understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and site management practices.

- Languages: Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,796.36 per month
