About the Role

Gotech Digi is looking for a skilled and hands-on Shopify Developer who can develop, customize and maintain Shopify websites as per client requirements.

We are looking for candidates with practical Shopify development experience and good knowledge of Shopify theme customization and Liquid.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Shopify websites and online stores.
- Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Create and modify Shopify sections, templates, blocks and snippets.
- Convert Figma/UI designs into responsive Shopify websites.
- Customize product pages, collection pages, cart, navigation and other store sections.
- Install, configure and customize Shopify apps.
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs when required.
- Fix bugs and troubleshoot Shopify theme and functionality issues.
- Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness, speed and basic SEO.
- Maintain and update existing Shopify stores.
- Test websites across different browsers and devices.
- Work with the design and project team to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Shopify Development.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience in Shopify Theme Customization.
- Knowledge of Shopify Online Store 2.0.
- Experience creating custom Shopify sections and blocks.
- Knowledge of Shopify apps and integrations.
- Basic understanding of Shopify APIs.
- Good understanding of responsive web design.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
