Color Neon (colorneon.com) is a French brand making custom LED neon signs for customers across France and Europe. We run on Shopify, we built our own 3D neon configurator, and we work AI-first.

We are opening our first engineering seat in India, here in Indore. You will work directly with the founder - in person in Indore from October to January, and from our Indore office day to day after that.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

- Custom Shopify apps: Remix/Node, Admin GraphQL API, App Bridge, Polaris
- Our Dawn-based storefront: Liquid sections, metafields, Core Web Vitals
- The neon configurator: live preview, pricing logic, customer logo uploads
- Internal automation: order routing, quote generation, logistics workflows
- AI features in the product, and AI in how we work every day

WHAT YOU NEED
- 2 to 4 years building real, live e-commerce sites
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, React, Git
- Hands-on Shopify: Liquid and themes, plus at least one custom app you actually shipped
- You use AI tools daily and can show us what you have built with them




- Written English valuable enough to work with a French founder every day

NICE TO HAVE Shopify Functions or checkout extensions, Three.js/Canvas, Klaviyo, GA4/GTM, Python, Google Ads API.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Rs 45,000 to 50,000 in-hand per month, paid on time
- Claude Pro and Codex/Cursor paid by us, plus a budget for tools
- One product, long term. Not agency work, not six clients a week.
- A direct line to the founder. You will see the whole business, not a ticket queue.
- First engineer here, and the person who leads the team as we grow it

HOW WE HIRE - FAST
1. Apply with your CV and 2 live store links you worked on
2. Short paid task: Rs 2,000, about 3 hours
3. In-person interview in Indore, 5-7 October
4. Offer by 9 October, start 12 October
