We are on the lookout for a senior SharePoint specialist with the following experience and capabilities.

Position :- Sharepoint Lead / Architect

Experience: 7–14 Years

Education :- BE /B.tech/MS / MCA

Location: Gurugram (should be open to working in Hybrid mode)

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and configure SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts using SPFx, React JS, Power Automate.
- Integrate SharePoint with CRM/ERP systems via APIs using C#, .NET, JavaScript.
- Lead PowerApps development to deliver scalable business solutions.




- Apply knowledge of authentication in M365 and integrated applications.
- Plan and execute SharePoint migrations (On-Premises to Online/hybrid), including content/database assessment, metadata mapping, large-scale transfers, and post-migration validation using tools such as SPMT, PnP PowerShell, ShareGate, Quest.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring security, compliance, and governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead and manage a development team: assign tasks, review deliverables for quality and industry standards, resolve team challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members and end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7 to 15 years of experience in SharePoint development , Power Platform and architecture.
- Expertise in migration tools (SPMT, PnP PowerShell) and hybrid configurations.
- Proficiency in SPFx, React, ASP.NET, REST APIs, SQL, jQuery.
- Robust knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure AD apps, and Power Platform development (environment strategies, ALM).
- Proven team management experience: mentoring, troubleshooting team issues, reviewing work quality, and driving cost-effective delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
