Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.

The candidate will work with PMO, Finance, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, and IT leadership teams to establish portfolio governance, strategic planning, investment prioritization, resource management, and value realization processes using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow SPM transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable SPM operating models aligned with business strategy.
- Define demand management, portfolio governance, investment planning, and prioritization frameworks.
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solutions using platform best practices.

- Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define transformation roadmaps and PMO modernization strategies.
- Lead architecture reviews and solution governance.
- Design integrations with SAP, Oracle, Jira, Azure DevOps,



Microsoft Project, Power BI, and financial/ERP systems.
- Oversee configuration, customization, integration, and implementation teams.
- Engage with CIOs, PMO leaders, portfolio managers, and business executives.
- Present architecture decisions and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development and architecture standards.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementation experience

- Strong experience in data migration and integration architecture.
- Experience leading global enterprise implementations.
- Strong Agile/Hybrid delivery experience.
- Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
