ServiceNow SPM Functional consultant-Subcontractor-5B Area(s) of responsibility .Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Functional Consultant to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Strategic Portfolio Management solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities • Lead functional design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions.

- Configure and optimize Demand, Portfolio, Investment, Project, Resource, and Agile Management processes.
- Design end-to-end processes covering demand intake, prioritization, funding, execution, and perks realization.
- Define requirements for budgeting, forecasting, actuals, cost allocation, and investment prioritization.




- Design resource and capacity management processes, including demand, allocation, utilization, and capacity planning.
- Develop executive dashboards and KPIs covering portfolio, financial, resource, delivery, risk, and benefits performance.
- Support integration requirements with Finance/ERP, HR, and Agile tools.

Required Experience • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong SPM/PPM functional expertise.

- Hands-on experience with Demand, Portfolio, Investment, Resource, Project, and/or Agile Management.
