Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow portals and user interfaces. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Service Portal, Employee Center, UI Builder, AngularJS, custom widgets, and ServiceNow platform development.

The candidate will develop responsive portal solutions, integrate third-party applications, improve user experience, and work with business and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow portals using:

- Service Portal

- Employee Center

- UI Builder

- Workspace Components
- Develop and customize ServiceNow widgets, pages, themes, and portal components.
- Configure and develop Catalog Items and Record Producers.
- Develop Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and business logic.
- Use AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for portal customization.
- Integrate ServiceNow portals with third-party applications and external systems.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly portal interfaces.




- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot portal issues and optimize application and portal performance.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and ServiceNow security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Portal
- Experience with Employee Center and UI Builder
- Strong experience developing custom ServiceNow widgets
- Robust JavaScript and AngularJS skills
