Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automobile service team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle/service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and accurately record customer complaints.
- Prepare job cards and provide repair/service estimates.
- Explain required repairs, maintenance and costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team.
- Monitor repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure additional work is approved by the customer before proceeding.
- Conduct vehicle quality checks before delivery.
- Explain completed work and charges to customers at the time of delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Follow up with customers after service when required.




- Maintain customer records and service-related documentation.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service department targets.

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile workshop/dealership is preferred.
- Good knowledge of automobile service and basic vehicle systems.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
- Malayalam and English communication preferred.

Salary ₹25000 per month + incentives

(Based on experience and interview performance.)
