Role Description This is a part time, remote role for a ServiceNow UI Builder and AI/ML specialist. The role involves designing and building intuitive user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform using UI Builder, including creation and customization of pages, components, and layouts.

The individual will translate business requirements into functional designs, integrate data sources, and optimize user workflows for performance and usability. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements, implementing and testing new features, troubleshooting UI issues, and maintaining documentation.



The role also includes applying AI/ML concepts within ServiceNow or related systems, such as configuring intelligent workflows, leveraging predictive analytics, and contributing to automation initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including UI Builder, component configuration, and page design.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI/UX principles.
- Hands-on understanding of AI/ML concepts, including data modeling, predictive analytics, and workflow automation.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills for complex UI and integration issues.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ITSM or ITOM processes on ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms, is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a remote, part-time, or consulting capacity is an advantage.
