We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Specialist with robust hands-on experience in ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITOM solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
- Configure and manage MID Servers.




- Support Event Management and infrastructure monitoring integrations.
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy and governance.
- Troubleshoot ITOM-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and platform teams.
- Participate in Incident, Change, and Problem Management activities.
