- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

- Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Notifications, and Scheduled Jobs.

- Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.

- Work on CMDB, Discovery, CI relationships, and data integrations.

- Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions and development estimates.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Good experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

- Robust experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.

- Knowledge of ACLs, security, update sets, deployment, and debugging.
