About the Role

FabCafe is looking for an experienced and reliable Services Partner to support and collaborate in managing hospitality and restaurant-related operations. The partner will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, service quality, customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support day-to-day restaurant and hospitality operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between front office, kitchen and service teams.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in team management, staff coordination and operational planning.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness and overall customer experience.
- Support inventory, vendor and operational coordination.
- Help implement and maintain restaurant SOPs and service standards.
- Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.




- Coordinate with management regarding business requirements and improvements.
- Support promotional activities and initiatives for business growth.
- Maintain professional relationships with staff, vendors and customers.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and operational standards.

- Experience in restaurant, café, hospitality or F&B; operations.
