Service Engineer – Note Sorting Machines

We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of Note Sorting Machines across India. The role also involves supporting factory operations and generating business enquiries from banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain Note Sorting Machines.
- Handle electrical, electronic, and mechanical service issues.
- Provide customer support, machine demonstrations, and technical training.
- Attend breakdown and preventive maintenance calls across India.
- Prepare service reports and ensure timely closure of service requests.
- Identify new machine enquiries and business opportunities during customer visits.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for customer follow-ups and quotations.
- Support machine assembly, testing, final inspection, and quality checks at the factory.




- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in technical/field service or similar equipment.
- Diploma/Degree in ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Experience with Note Sorting Machines or similar technical products is preferred.
- Willingness to travel anywhere in India without restrictions is mandatory.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Flexible to support factory operations when not on field assignments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
