Responsibilities

- Perform installation, alignment, and commissioning of CNC machines.
n
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues in CNC machines.
n
- Provide technical support and maintenance services during and after the warranty period.
n
- Assist the warehouse team with outbound shipment preparations of CNC machines and accessories.
n
- Organize and manage shipping documents including delivery orders, acceptance forms, and inspection reports.
n
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and engineering) to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
n
- Prepare and submit service reports and feedback to the service manager.
n
- Provide in office training and basic machine operation guidance to customers when needed.

nQualifications

n

n
- Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
n
- 3years or above of experience in CNC machine installation or service, preferably in HMC and DCMC.
n
- Familiarity with CNC control systems.，Especially ,FANUC, MITSUBISHI,
n
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
