Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of pharmaceutical filling machines at customer sites.
n
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for filling equipment.
n
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
n
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and automation-related issues.
n
- Coordinate with customers to resolve equipment-related problems.
n
- Support machine trials, validation and performance testing.
n
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper service documentation.
n
- Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams for complex issues.
n
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers when required.
n
- Travel to customer sites across India and overseas, based on business requirements.
n
- Need to travel PAN India

nRequirements

n

n
- Experience in servicing/commissioning pharmaceutical filling machines.
n
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge in mechanical, electrical and automation systems.
n
- Experience in aseptic/sterile filling equipment will be an advantage.
n
- Positive customer handling and communication skills.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively.
n
- Experience in pharmaceutical equipment or machinery industry preferred.
