We are seeking an organized, proactive Service Coordinator to manage our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) operations, schedule technical field staff, and handle client communications for fire fighting, fire alarm, and suppression systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service Dispatching: Schedule and dispatch field technicians for routine preventive maintenance (PM) visits and emergency breakdown calls.

- AMC Contract Tracking: Maintain a database of active client contracts, renewal dates, and scheduled maintenance frequencies (monthly/quarterly).

- Quotation Management: Prepare and issue quotes for spare parts replacement, faulty component repairs, and contract renewals.

- Client Desk Operations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients reporting system faults, maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).

- Documentation & Compliance:



Collect digital/physical job sheets signed by client facility managers and issue maintenance reports and compliance certificates.

- Billing Support: Coordinate with the accounts department to track invoice submission and payment milestones.

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Service Coordinator, AMC Executive, or Service Helpdesk Specialist.

- Solid verbal and written communication skills for dealing with corporate, hospital, and industrial facility heads.

- Proficient with MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic ERP systems.

- Exposure to technical service industries (Fire Protection, HVAC, MEP, Elevators, Security) is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
