KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:-

- Greet and assist customers with friendly and professionally approach.

- Check and verify tickets and guide customers to their respective screens/seats.

- Assist customers with queries related to shows, seating , food & beverages, and facilities.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cinema premises, lobby, and auditoriums.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the supervisor.

- Assist in food & beverage counters and ensure proper service to customers.

- Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping ,F&B;, security and operations.

- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the guest's visit.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in Shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Teamwork and Problem- solving skills.

- Presentable personality and skilled behaviour.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:-

- 12th pass/Graduate ;Freshers can also be considered.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
