Fillpack Technology Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team in **After-Sales Service, Sales, Export Sales, Project Engineering & Manufacturing**.

**Location: Ambernath, Maharashtra**

**1. SERVICE COORDINATOR – AFTER SALES SERVICE**

Experience: **3–7 Years**

Diploma / Graduate – Mechanical preferred

**Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month**

**Key Responsibilities:**

Coordinate Service Engineers & daily site visits

Handle customer complaints, service calls, emails & WhatsApp enquiries

Prepare daily/weekly service schedules and customer appointments

Coordinate installation, commissioning, breakdown & service visits

Maintain **Excel reports, MIS, service records & customer history**

Arrange travel, hotel & ticket bookings

Coordinate spare parts/materials with Dispatch & Stores

Follow up for Service Reports, Utility Forms & job completion

Coordinate service payments,



advances & outstanding amounts with Accounts

Monitor pending complaints until closure

Coordinate with Sales for **spare parts, AMC, modifications & new machine enquiries**

**Required Skills:**

**MS Excel | Email Handling | Customer Coordination | Follow-up | Team Coordination | Communication | Industrial Machinery Knowledge**

Experience in **Filling & Packaging Machinery / Machinery Manufacturing** preferred.

Call Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm only -Mob - (phone hidden)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
