Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair/service requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team for timely vehicle delivery.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status and estimated costs.
- Ensure quality service and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Handle service complaints and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Follow dealership processes, service standards, and documentation requirements.
- Support the team in achieving workshop revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Profile




- Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership/workshop will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile systems and service processes.
- Positive computer and documentation skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented.
