Job title: Service Advisors Car showroom

Location: Coimbatore - Saibaba Colony

Experience: Minimum 3yrs as Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements
- Create job cards and clearly explain service processes, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnosis and timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status and additional work
- Ensure accurate billing and explain invoices to customers
- Handle customer concerns and ensure quick resolution

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (Automobile preferred)
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership or authorized service center

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
