Job Summary

Brainilab Techno Hub is looking for an SEO Specialist to help businesses improve their organic visibility, search presence, website performance, and overall digital growth.

The ideal candidate should understand how search engines work, have a strong interest in SEO, content, keyword research, technical SEO, and local search, and be willing to continuously learn as search evolves.

You will work on real client projects and collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop and execute SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Optimise website pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and content.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting search visibility.
- Work on Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, indexing, and website performance.
- Analyse competitors and identify SEO opportunities.
- Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to create search-focused content.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor and analyse performance.
- Prepare SEO reports and communicate key insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with changes in Google Search and evolving search technologies.
- Explore emerging areas such as AI search, AEO, GEO, and AI-assisted search experiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.




- Good understanding of fundamental SEO concepts.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new SEO tools and techniques quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Freshers Can Apply Freshers are welcome to apply if they have a genuine interest in SEO and a basic understanding of how search engines and websites work.

Candidates with SEO certifications, personal projects, internships, blogs, websites, or practical SEO experience are encouraged to apply.

Good to Have

- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress and CMS platforms.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance.
- Experience with Google Business Profile and Local SEO.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Understanding of structured data/schema markup.
- Familiarity with content optimisation and search intent.
- Interest in emerging AI search and answer-engine optimisation.
