B. SEO & Organic Growth Asst. Manager

About the Role -

Upstep Academy is looking for an SEO & Organic Growth Asst. Manager. We are not looking for someone who only tracks keywords, publishes blogs and creates monthly SEO reports. We want someone who understands SEO, content, technical optimisation, AI search and conversion, and can build organic search into a solid customer acquisition channel.

Key Responsibilities -

- End-to-end SEO strategy — Technical, On-page, Off-page and Content SEO
- Keyword, search-intent and competitor research
- Identification and growth of high-intent commercial pages
- Organic content strategy and content planning
- Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO performance analysis
- Internal linking, indexing, schema and website SEO health
- Emerging AI Search / AEO / GEO opportunities
- Optimisation of organic traffic towards leads and demo bookings
- Coordination with content, website, marketing and performance teams
- Managing and evaluating agencies, freelancers and specialist partners
- Drive and own organic growth across multiple regions and markets, adapting SEO and content strategies.

Requirements -

- Hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO + Content SEO
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs or similar tools




- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of how SEO connects with content, conversion and business growth
- Awareness of AI-led search and changing search behaviour
- Strong ownership mindset - someone who wants to build, not simply execute tasks

Experience in EdTech, education, consumer internet or an SEO/digital agency would be an advantage. Head Office: Andheri East Marol Metro Station

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
