About the Role

Setfast Teleservice is seeking a skilled and performance-oriented SEO Executive with 1–2 years of practical experience to join our digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Local SEO, along with knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, keyword research, and website optimisation. The candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies, improving website visibility, monitoring performance, and supporting organic growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesLocal SEO

- Manage and implement Local SEO strategies for target locations and businesses.
- Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles.
- Conduct local keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Support local citations, directory listings, and reputation-related activities.
- Monitor local search visibility and identify optimization opportunities.

On-Page & Technical SEO
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and website content.
- Conduct keyword research and map keywords to relevant pages.
- Identify technical SEO issues affecting crawling, indexing, and website performance.
- Support internal linking, website structure, and content optimization.
- Monitor Google Search Console and address relevant search performance issues.

Off-Page SEO
- Plan and execute ethical link-building activities.
- Manage outreach, relevant citations, and content-promotion initiatives.
- Monitor backlink profiles and maintain link quality.




- Follow search engine guidelines and approved SEO practices.

Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies when appropriate.

AI, GEO & AEO Practices
- Use AI platforms such as Gemini and ChatGPT to support research, content planning, and workflow efficiency.
- Develop awareness of GEO and AEO practices.
- Evaluate content quality, relevance, search intent, and user experience.
- Ensure AI-assisted content is reviewed for accuracy, originality, and usefulness.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of practical SEO experience.
- Mandatory: Hands-on Local SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console and keyword research tools.
- Understanding of Google Business Profile optimization.
- Knowledge of website audits, internal linking, and backlink analysis.
- Familiarity with GEO, AEO, and evolving search practices.
- Working knowledge of AI tools, including Gemini and ChatGPT.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualities
- Experience working on service-based or international websites.
- Ability to analyze SEO performance and recommend improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing search engine practices.
