Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, VFX, and 3D-based content.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro, along with hands-on experience in 3D, VFX, compositing, color grading, and cinematic post-production.

The candidate will be responsible for taking projects from creative concept and raw footage through editing, motion graphics, VFX, color, sound, revisions, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the editing and post-production of TVCs, brand films, digital advertisements, corporate films, promotional videos, and cinematic content.

Convert scripts, storyboards, creative concepts, and raw footage into compelling visual stories.

Create high-quality motion graphics, animation, title sequences, kinetic typography, transitions, and visual effects.

Work on 3D walkthroughs, architectural visualization, product visualization, and CGI-based advertising content.

Integrate 3D renders, CGI, live-action footage, motion graphics, and VFX into seamless final compositions.

Handle VFX and compositing tasks such as green-screen keying, masking, tracking, rotoscoping, cleanup, screen replacement, and visual enhancements.

Edit footage with a strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, composition, framing, continuity, and visual aesthetics.

Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, 3D Artists, Designers, and Production Teams.

Create multiple creative versions and adaptations of campaigns for TV, OTT, YouTube, social media, digital advertising, and other platforms.

Perform color correction and color grading to achieve the desired cinematic look.





Handle audio synchronization, music editing, voice-over integration, basic sound design, and audio finishing.

Review and organize raw footage, project assets, graphics, 3D renders, audio, and other production files.

Take creative ownership of projects and incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Ensure final videos meet the required resolution, aspect ratio, frame rate, codec, file format, and platform specifications.

Conduct final quality checks before delivering projects.

Stay updated with emerging motion design, VFX, 3D, AI-assisted creative tools, editing techniques, and advertising trends.

5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.

Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Proven experience working on advertising, TVCs, brand films, promotional films, or commercial video production.

Strong understanding of motion graphics, VFX, compositing, and cinematic editing.

Practical experience working with 3D assets, renders, walkthroughs, or CGI content.

Strong visual storytelling and creative editing skills.





Ability to work independently from a creative brief and take a project through to final delivery.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight production timelines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual quality.

Valuable to Have

Experience in real estate advertising and 3D architectural walkthroughs.

Experience working with 3D software and CGI pipelines.

Knowledge of advanced VFX and compositing workflows.

Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar 3D software.

Experience with broadcast and TVC delivery standards.

Understanding of AI-based video and creative production tools.

Experience working with advertising agencies, production houses, or creative studios.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Animation, Visual Effects, Film, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

5+ years of relevant professional experience.

A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
