The Senior Vice President – Growth & Customer Success will lead Actualize's commercial growth by acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts and strengthening long-term customer relationships. The role is responsible for building a scalable Growth & Business Development function that supports the company's long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the company's growth strategy.

· Acquire new customers across Engineering Workforce Solutions and Technology Services.

· Expand business with existing customers.

· Build strategic customer relationships.

· Lead commercial negotiations and major proposals.

· Improve sales forecasting and pipeline management.

· Strengthen customer retention and satisfaction.

· Build and lead the Growth & Business Development team.

· Collaborate with business unit leaders to achieve growth objectives.

· Report commercial performance to the Board.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience

· 15–20 years of skilled experience.

· Minimum 7 years in senior commercial leadership.

· Experience in Engineering Services,



Technology Services, Engineering Staffing or related B2B services.

· Demonstrated success in business development and customer relationship management.

· Experience working with international customers is preferred.

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline.

· MBA preferred but not mandatory.
