About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior UI/UX Developer to lead and oversee the complete UI/UX function for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of user-centric design, digital commerce experiences, design processes and modern UI/UX tools, along with the ability to independently drive projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the end-to-end UI/UX initiatives for the e-commerce brand across web and digital platforms.
- Understand business objectives, customer journeys and user requirements to develop intuitive, engaging and conversion-focused experiences.
- Lead the complete UI/UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, testing and final implementation.
- Create and maintain user flows, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture and high-fidelity designs.
- Work extensively on Figma and other relevant UI/UX and creative design tools.
- Establish and maintain consistent design systems, UI standards, components and design guidelines across digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Content, Business and other internal teams to translate requirements into effective digital experiences.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure that the final output meets usability, functionality, visual and brand standards.
- Oversee and manage external UI/UX agencies, design partners and creative vendors, including briefing, reviewing, providing feedback and monitoring deliverables.




- Ensure agencies and external partners understand business requirements, brand guidelines, timelines and expected quality standards.
- Evaluate agency proposals and design solutions and provide clear, constructive direction to achieve the desired outcome.
- Manage multiple UI/UX projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Identify usability issues and opportunities for improving the overall customer journey and digital experience.
- Use customer insights, analytics, feedback and industry trends to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, e-commerce design practices, interaction patterns, AI-enabled design tools and digital customer experience trends.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible and optimized across devices and platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior designers or other creative resources, where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in UI/UX, product design or digital experience design.
- Strong experience in e-commerce, retail, digital platforms or consumer-facing businesses is highly preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of Figma and other relevant UI/UX and creative design tools.
- Robust understanding of UX principles, design thinking, user research, information architecture, wireframing,



prototyping and interaction design.
- Good understanding of the complete UI/UX design lifecycle and design processes.
- Proven experience in managing external agencies, creative partners and vendors.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, navigation, product discovery, conversion journeys and overall digital shopping experiences.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive and visually effective user experiences.
- Strong visual design sense with an eye for detail, consistency and usability.
- Ability to independently manage projects and take ownership of UI/UX initiatives from conception through execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is more than just a designer — someone who can own the UI/UX function, challenge existing experiences, bring fresh ideas to the table and drive execution with internal teams as well as external agencies.

The ideal candidate should have a strong balance of design expertise, business understanding, stakeholder management and execution capability, with a genuine interest in creating better digital experiences for e-commerce customers.

Preferred: Candidates residing on or having convenient access to the Western Line, Mumbai, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
